When the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), it was a victory, not only for President Obama, but also for the American people. Now the drama continues as Mitt Romney and Republicans use tactics to undermine implementation of the law while promising to try to repeal it, as President Obama and Democrats get about the business of rolling out the provisions of the law and making it a reality.
