Birthier Army Officer Refuses Orders

Claiming that President Barack Obama was not born in America and therefore is not eligible to be President, a high ranking army officer refuses to follow his orders that would take him to Afghanistan.

Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin went before a military judge -- and a standing-room-only courtroom -- in Virginia  to face three charges of disobeying a lawful order, one count of missing movement (not deploying with his unit) and one count of dereliction of duty. Lakin could face a dishonorable discharge for failing to obey orders.
